Cooking description:
The cookies are soft so you won't break your teeth. You can add raisins, dried apricots, nuts and seeds to it. You can make a large portion of the dough and store it in the refrigerator, or bake several for breakfast or snack if necessary. I serve cookies with a glass of cold milk.

- Hercules - 1.5 Glasses
- Flour - 1/3 Cup
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Baking powder - 1 pinch
- Soda - 1 Pinch
- Cinnamon - 1 Teaspoon
- Vanilla - 1 Teaspoon
- Butter - 6 Tbsp. spoons
- Sugar - 100 Grams
- Eggs - 1 Piece
- Raisins - 100 Grams
- Flax Seeds - 1/3 Cup

How to make "Hercules Diet Cookie Recipe"
1 Whisk the butter and sugar in a mixer, add eggs, cinnamon and vanilla, a pinch of salt and baking powder. 2 Combine oatmeal with raisins, flour and flaxseeds, add dry ingredients to mixer bowl, stir. 3 Put a tablespoon of dough on a baking sheet with parchment and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes. 4 Remove the baking sheet and let the cookies sit for a couple of minutes, then transfer to a plate and serve with a glass of milk.
