How to cook "Classic Bolognese sauce"
Chop tomatoes, garlic, onions, carrots and mushrooms finely. Fry the carrots, onions, garlic and mushrooms in oil (3-5 minutes). Then add tomato to them. Simmer vegetables for another 3 minutes.
