- Butter - 100 grams (or margarine)
- Honey - 3 Art. spoons
- Eggs - 3 Pieces
- Sugar - 2 Glasses (1 - for dough, 1 - for cream)
- Soda - 3 Teaspoons (no slide)
- Sour cream - 500 grams
- Cream 33% - 450-500 Grams
- Lemon juice - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Vanilla Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
- Nuts - 0.5 Cups (any)
How to make "DIY children's cake"
Melt honey and butter in a water bath. In the meantime, grind the nuts. It is best to put them in a bag and walk well with a rolling pin, and then chop them additionally with a knife. My honey is buckwheat, so it's dark. Add eggs, sugar and soda to the honey-oil mixture. We mix. And we put it back on a water bath. Stir the mixture all the time, it will begin to foam. We keep on the bath for 7-8 minutes. Add nuts and 2 cups flour. Stir. And we send to the water bath for another 5 minutes. Stir !!!
