- Wheat flour - 130 grams
- Water - 60 Milliliters
- Sunflower oil - 10 Milliliters
- Granulated sugar - 30 Grams
- Starch - 20 Grams
- Soda - ½ teaspoons

How to make "Biscuits"
1 Warm water to room temperature, then dissolve salt and granulated sugar in it. 2 Sift flour and add to a bowl of water, then add starch, baking soda and vegetable oil. 3 Knead the dough, then wrap with plastic wrap and let sit for 20 minutes. Roll out the dough into a thin layer, then roll it out again. 4 Using a special grooved knife, cut out the cookies (or any other arbitrary shape), make punctures with a fork. 5 Transfer the cookies to a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 minutes. 6 The cookies should not be golden brown.
