How to prepare "Tincture for alcohol"
Mash the berries with sugar, leave them for 2-3 hours for the juice to go. Then pour 1 liter of alcohol into them. Leave the cranberries like this for 2 weeks at room temperature. Then drain the infusion, but save it. Pour the second part of the alcohol over the berries. Leave it on for another 1 week. After that, mix both infusions and filter several times through cheesecloth or cotton wool. Add honey, lemon zest, galangal root and sugar (or sugar syrup to taste) to the liquid. Leave the tincture for another 7-10 days. Then strain it and bottle it. You can try a little later. Enjoy your tasting!
