- Olive oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Lemon - To taste
- Capers - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Butter - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Haddock (fillet) - 2 pieces
- Salt - To taste
- Spinach - To taste (for garnish)
How to cook "Haddock Fish"
1 Finely chop the lemon (to make 2 tablespoons). Peel the garlic and chop. 2 In a saucepan, heat olive oil, add garlic, lemon and capers, cook for 2 minutes. 3 Wash the fish and pat dry with tissues. Heat a skillet with butter, place the fish skin side down first, cook for 4 minutes, then turn over and cook for another 1-2 minutes. 4 Immerse the spinach in boiling water for a few seconds, then on napkins. Divide the spinach between two plates. 5 Place the fried fish and top with the garlic with lemon and capers. Serve immediately.
