How to make "Palych's Pancake Cake"
1 Making pancake dough. I mix flour and eggs, mix thoroughly, add sugar and salt. 2 Pour in water and stir. I advise you to pour water in a very thin stream while stirring, so that no lumps form. 3 Add vegetable oil and mix again. 4 Now I'm making a cream. The most important thing: I grind the cottage cheese through a sieve, add condensed milk and sour cream. 5 I knead the mass until completely homogeneous. 6 I'm frying pancakes. I usually make 15-20 pancakes. More and less is also quite normal.
