- Boiled warm water - 100 Milliliters
- Ready mustard - 1 Teaspoon

- Vegetable oil - 80 Grams
- Lemon juice - 1-2 Tbsp. spoons

How to make Whipped Bean Sauce
1. Transfer the boiled white beans to the bowl of the food processor, add salt and mustard. Whisk the beans until fluffy, adding water if necessary. 2. Add vegetable oil in a thin stream, continue whisking the sauce until very fluffy. Add a tablespoon of lemon juice and continue whisking for 1-2 minutes. 3. Taste the sauce and add some more lemon juice if needed. Enjoy your meal!
