You don't have to worry about the time, because such rings can be prepared very quickly, half an hour or even less will be enough. Onion rings are deep-fried or fried in a pan with a lot of vegetable oil. Before serving, they are dried on a napkin, and they are served already cooled down (with ketchup or other sauce).

- Onion - 2 Pieces
- Wheat flour - 100 grams
- Corn flour - 3 Glasses
- Soda - 1 Pinch
- Chili Powder - 1 Pinch
- Breadcrumbs - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Sunflower oil - To taste
How to make "Onion Dough Rings"
1. Peel the onions and rinse them in cold water, then cut them into rings. 2. Put salt, baking soda and red pepper in a bowl, add a couple of tablespoons of bread crumbs and mix. 3. Pour in water to make a thick dough, then mix everything well. 4. Transfer the cornmeal to a wide-brimmed bowl. 5. Put the wheat flour in a separate bowl and roll each onion ring in it. 6. Transfer half of the onion rings to the batter and stir well.
