Place the saucepan with the mixture on the stove, heat it over low heat, stirring the cream all the time until it thickens. Then let the cream cool completely. 6 Now you need to defrost the puff pastry sheets, dust the tabletop with flour and place each sheet in turn. Use a rolling pin to roll each sheet into a 30x40 cm rectangle. You should have 6 cakes.
