- Sugar - 170 Grams

1. Make the dough: mix butter with 70 g of sugar. Grind until smooth, add 1 egg, vanilla sugar and stir. 2. Add sifted flour and baking powder. Knead a firm shortbread dough. Grease a baking dish with butter and place the dough on the bottom and sides of the baking dish. Use a fork to prick the dough and refrigerate. 3. Prepare the filling: mix cottage cheese with sour cream, lemon juice and 4 eggs. Add 100g sugar and vanilla sugar if desired. Use a blender to smooth the mixture. 4.
