How to cook "Classic Nicoise" salad

First of all, boil the asparagus beans and potatoes. Cook the beans for about 5 minutes, then cool them. Boil the potatoes in a peel, cool and peel. Now let's prepare the salad dressing. Combine olive oil, mustard, wine vinegar or lemon juice, salt and pepper. Let's prepare the rest of the ingredients.
