- Onion - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Tofu - 1 Piece
- Ground chili pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Salt, pepper - To taste
- Cayenne Pepper - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Cumin - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Celery stalk - 1 Piece
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 Piece
- Zucchini - 1 Piece
- Mushrooms - 150 Grams
- Tomato paste - 0.5 tbsp. spoons
- Tomato - 1 Piece
- Sugar - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Canned Beans - 150 Grams
How to cook "Vegetable soup without meat"
1 Peel and rinse all the vegetables you need. Set the pot over medium heat and add the olive oil. Finely chop the onion and garlic, add to a saucepan and fry until golden brown for 5 minutes. 2 Add the tofu, seasonings, cover and simmer for another 3 minutes. 3 Next, cut the celery and bell pepper into thin slices. We do the same with mushrooms and zucchini. We add all this to the pan. Simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4 Next, add the tomato paste and beans. Mix thoroughly, then add a little sugar pitch. We cook for two minutes. 5 Fill all this with boiling water and cook for 45 minutes. Add chili pepper, salt to taste. Mix and cover with a lid.
