  • Pork pulp - 300 Grams
  • Egg white - 1 Piece
  • Potato starch - 5 Art. spoons
  • Water - 6 Art. spoons
  • Salt, pepper - To taste
  • Vegetable oil - 150 Milliliters (for frying)
  • Canned pineapple - 50 grams (+ liquid 60 ml)
  • Bulb onion - 50 Grams
  • Mushrooms - 50 Grams
  • Bulgarian pepper - 50 grams
  • Chicken broth - 230 Milliliters
  • Oyster sauce - 0.5 Tbsp. spoons
  • Ketchup - 0.5 Art. spoons
  • Rice vinegar - 3 Tbsp. spoons
  • Sugar - 3.5 Art. spoons
  • Potato starch - 1 tbsp. spoon (for sauce)
  • Water - 2 Art. spoons (for sauce)

How to cook "Chinese Sweet and Sour Pork"

5 tbsp. tablespoons of starch mix with 6 tbsp. spoons of water and leave overnight. When you are ready to cook, first combine the broth, oyster sauce, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, a spoonful of starch and two tablespoons of water, stir and leave. Cut the meat into thin strips, lightly salt and sprinkle with salt. Cut onions, peppers, mushrooms and pineapples into approximately equal pieces. Take out the solution of starch and water, which was left overnight, drain the water, and mix the starch with the protein and dip the meat in this mixture. Heat the oil in a skillet until it sizzles and sauté the meat strips for 2-3 minutes in oil. Remove the meat on a plate for now, drain almost all the oil from the pan and send vegetables, pineapples and mushrooms there. Add cooked sauce. When the sauce thickens, put the pork in the pan and simmer everything together for a couple of minutes. Serve hot immediately. Enjoy!
