- Wheat flour - 300 grams
- Rye flour - 200 grams
- Water - 330 Milliliters
- Malt - 2 Art. spoons

- Fast Acting Yeast - 1.5 Teaspoons
- Spices - To taste (cumin, coriander, dried dill and others)
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
How to make the Malt Bread Recipe
Combine all ingredients, except oil, in the bowl of a food processor or bread machine. Set the "Dough" mode, knead with a nozzle or just with a spoon and hands. Then leave the dough to rise 2 times. Grease a baking sheet with oil. Form an even ball out of the dough. Place it on a baking sheet and sprinkle with flour. Make a few notches around the perimeter of the dough. Make a depression in the center. Leave the dough to rise again for 30 minutes. Place the pastries in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Then bake the bread for another 30 minutes at 180 degrees. All is ready! The warm bread is delicious!
