Collect acacia flowers not by the road, preferably in a park or not far from summer cottages. You need to thoroughly rinse the flowers, and then pluck them from the branch. It will take a long time to prepare, but very little effort, and as a result, you will enjoy the aromatic tincture.

- Alcohol - 0.5 Liter

How to make "Acacia Drink for the Winter"
1. Tear off the flowers from the branches and transfer them to a colander or sieve, rinse under running water. 2. Transfer the flowers to a 2 liter jar, fill them with alcohol and close the lid, and leave the jar in the pantry for 21 days. 3. After three weeks, strain the alcohol through 2-3 layers of cheesecloth. Squeeze out the flowers and throw them in the trash. 4. In a saucepan, mix water with honey, then add the juice of half a lemon, put it on fire, bring to a boil, and then cool and mix with alcohol. Bottle the alcohol and store in a dark place.
