- Cuttlefish - 200 Grams
- Pasta - 120 Grams (horns or whatever, but not long spaghetti)
- Tomato Paste - 80 Grams
- Beans - 2 Tbsp. spoons (canned red)
- Thyme - 1 Piece (one sprig or dried thyme on the tip of a teaspoon)
- Salt - To taste
- Black Pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
How to cook "Italian soup"
1 Rinse cuttlefish and cut into small pieces (about 4 pieces each). 2 In a deep saucepan, fry the cuttlefish slices in olive oil for a couple of minutes. 3 Season with salt and pepper, add tomato paste. Stir, reduce heat to low and simmer for another minute. 4 Add 700 grams of hot water and washed beans. Throw in a sprig of thyme (you can replace it with dry thyme on the tip of a teaspoon). Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. 5 After this time, the thyme must be caught and discarded, and the pasta must be placed in a saucepan. Cook for 2-3 minutes, remove soup from heat and let cool.
