How to make Potato Fish Pie (Simple)
1 Peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes, and boil until tender. Drain the water. 2 Add oil, salt and half black pepper to a pot of potatoes. Make mashed potatoes. 3 Fry vegetables in a little olive oil until half cooked. 4 Cut all medium-sized fish into chunks and combine in a large bowl. 5 Add stir-fried vegetables, cheese, chili, black pepper, salt, lemon juice, tomatoes, and drizzle with olive oil. 6 Pour the fish mixture evenly into a tin lined with foil. Place the puree on top. Brush with beaten egg.
