  • Mushrooms - 250 Grams
  • Chicken Breast - 250 Grams
  • Cottage cheese - 100 grams (or soft cheese)
  • Onion - 1 Piece
  • Garlic - 1-3 Cloves
  • Egg - 2 Pieces
  • Sour cream - 100 grams
  • Vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp. spoons
  • Salt, spices, herbs - To taste
  • Canned Peas or Corn - 100 Grams (optional)

How to cook "Quiche with mushrooms and chicken"

1. Prepare the ingredients for the dough. 2. Combine butter with flour and salt, crush into crumbs. Pour in ice (!!!) water little by little, kneading a homogeneous dough.
