- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Zucchini - 4 Pieces
- Garlic - 1 Clove
- Chili pepper - 0.5 pieces

- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp the spoon
- Table vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt - 2 Teaspoons

How to cook "Zucchini caviar for the winter"
1 Peel the onions, carrots and garlic. Cut the onion into half rings, cut the carrots into thin rings and chop the garlic. 2 Cut the chili and remove the seeds (or leave if you like hot), chop the pepper. 3 Wash the zucchini and cut them into thin slices, put the zucchini on a baking sheet and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for half an hour. 4 Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, add garlic and pepper, fry for 1 minute. 5 Add the carrots and sauté for 2 more minutes, then add the onions and cook for 10 more minutes until all vegetables are tender. 6 When all vegetables are already soft, add tomato paste, sugar and salt, then vinegar.
