How to cook "Classic Carbonara"
1 Put the spaghetti to boil in salted water. 2 Cut into small pieces and sauté the bacon in vegetable oil. 3 Toss and whisk the egg yolks, both cheese and cream in a separate bowl. Season with salt and pepper. 4 Drain the spaghetti and add the cheese sauce and bacon. Put on fire again, stir gently and wait until the yolk grasps a little (no longer than 5 minutes). 5 Turn off the stove, cover the container with a lid and let it brew for another 5 minutes.
