How to make Homemade Noodle Soup
First you need to cook the noodles. To do this, combine water with oil and gradually add flour and salt there, knead the dough well. On a table sprinkled with flour, roll out the dough into a layer about 4 mm thick, then wrap the edges towards the middle to get 3 layers. Cut the resulting dough into strips about 4 mm wide. So the noodles are ready. Pour the washed chicken carcass in a saucepan with water, add half a onion, garlic cloves and bunches of green onions.
