  • Romano Salad - 2 Pieces
  • Egg - 4 Pieces
  • Anchovy Fillet - 2 Pieces
  • A clove of garlic - 1 Piece
  • Yolk - 1 Piece
  • Lemon Juice - 50 Milliliters
  • Olive Oil - 100 Milliliters
  • Mustard - 1 Teaspoon
  • Water - 1 Teaspoon (if necessary)
  • Parmesan - 2-3 Teaspoons

How to cook "Caesar salad with prosciutto"

1 First of all, turn on the oven and preheat it to 180 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment. 2 Grate the Parmesan cheese and place in small circles on the parchment to form a waffle. Place prosciutto on the second baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. 3 Cut the baguette into small cubes. Season with salt and pepper to taste, pour with a mixture of vegetable and melted butter. Send to the oven and bake for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4 For the dressing, combine the anchovy fillet, garlic, yolk, lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, grated Parmesan. Grind everything until smooth, add a little water if necessary. 5 The egg can be poached (add vinegar to the water beforehand) or hard boiled. 6 Place the Romano salad on a serving plate.
