It gives you a boost of energy for the whole day, well, until lunchtime for sure. So how do you prepare granola? Very simple: oatmeal is mixed with nuts and dried fruits, filled with syrup and baked in the oven. A healthy breakfast for the whole family is ready!

- Oatmeal - 4 Cups
- Peeled sunflower seeds - 1/2 Cup
- Pecans - 1/2 Cup
- Almonds - 1/4 Cup
- Walnuts - 1/2 Cup
- Coconut flakes - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Dried Cranberries - 1/2 Cup
- Raisins - 1/2 Cup
- Dried apricots - 1/2 Glass
- Vanilla Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
- Butter - 100 Grams
- Honey - 50 Grams
- Brown sugar - 2 Tbsp spoons
- Cashew Nuts - 1/2 Cup
- Water - 1/4 Glass

How to make a "Healthy Breakfast"
1 Chop all nuts and dried fruits into small pieces at random. 2 In a large bowl, combine the nuts, coconut, peeled seeds, and oatmeal. 3 Put honey, brown and vanilla sugar, butter and water in a saucepan and put on fire. 4 Bring the syrup to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes to thicken the mixture. 5 Pour the syrup into the oatmeal nut mixture and mix well to soak everything in the syrup. 6 Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper, sprinkle on top and level the mixture.
