How to cook "Homemade suluguni"

Put the prepared pieces of cheese into a saucepan with milk, stir well with a spoon (7-10 minutes). 4. Sprinkle salt into a mold for making cheese (I have a bowl) and transfer the resulting mass into it. Fold the edges gently towards the center, then press down with a spatula, repeat all several times. 5. Sprinkle the cheese with salt and leave to cool, then cover with a towel or plastic wrap and store the cheese in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Enjoy delicious homemade cheese.
