If you still don't know how to make sourdough pancakes, be sure to check out this recipe! Pancakes are no worse than the classic ones: the same beautiful, ruddy, fragrant and tasty.

Cooking description:

Surely every housewife knows how to bake pancakes, but few have tried to cook them with sourdough. I advise you to use exactly the wheat sourdough, but if you wish, you can cook it on rye, this will only slightly change the taste of the pancakes. It is best to bake pancakes in a heavy-bottomed skillet or cast iron skillet without oiling it. This will cook the pancakes evenly and turn golden brown. You can serve such pastries with honey, jam, jam, sour cream or various syrups, the choice is yours.
