Potato grandma is a wonderful hearty dish of Belarusian cuisine. The classic recipe for grandma is grated potatoes with cracklings and onions, baked in the oven. I also use this simple recipe.

Today I'm going to show you how to make Babka (Simple Recipe) with Bacon and Onions using a tried and tested simple recipe.
