Potato grandma is a wonderful hearty dish of Belarusian cuisine. The classic recipe for grandma is grated potatoes with cracklings and onions, baked in the oven. I also use this simple recipe.
There are many recipes for grandma: with mushrooms, onions, meat, lard, as well as with many other products. Today I'm going to show you how to make Babka (Simple Recipe) with Bacon and Onions using a tried and tested simple recipe. The potatoes around the edges of the headstock become crispy and the middle retains their creamy texture. A spoonful of sour cream will perfectly complement the taste.
