How to cook Spanakopita
1 Preheat the oven to 175 C. 2 Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the chopped onion and cook until soft. 3 Combine spinach with flour and dill and add to butter. Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. 4 Beat eggs in a bowl, add feta, chopped dill and season with salt and pepper. Then add spinach to this mixture. 5 Spread out the dough and brush with a little oil. Place some of the filling over the dough and fold the dough into a triangle. 6 Grease the resulting triangles with butter, put on parchment and bake for 45 minutes or more. up to 1 hour until golden brown.
