How to make a Meatless Dinner
1 In a preheated skillet with oil, saute chopped onions and garlic until the onions are translucent. And in a separate saucepan, boil the pasta until half cooked. 2 Send diced peppers and mushrooms to the onion. Mix everything and simmer for 5 minutes. Then add the chopped tomatoes, sugar, seasoning, salt and pepper. There, in the frying pan, send the pasta and mix all the ingredients well. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. 3 Serve the pasta in batches. Sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs on top.
