How to make "Nut Nuggets with Rice and Cream Sauce"
1 Wash the meat and cut into small pieces (about 3x5 centimeters), sprinkle with salt and pepper. 2 Put the flour in a bowl, beat the eggs in another, and add the chopped walnuts (in crumbs) in the third. 3 Dip each piece of meat first in flour, then in eggs and nut crumbs. 4 Heat a skillet with vegetable oil and lay out the nuggets, fry on each side for about three minutes. 5 For the sauce: pour the cream into the pan, add tomato paste, salt and pepper to it, stir and heat for about 1-2 minutes. 6 Meanwhile, cook the rice until tender, then drain and stir in the creamy sauce. Serve hot with nutty nuggets.
