How to cook "Barley with mushrooms"
1. Peel the garlic and chop it with a knife. Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices. Heat the cauldron and add butter, then add the garlic and fry for a few minutes. 2. After the garlic, put the peeled mushrooms in a cauldron, fry the mushrooms until the liquid evaporates. 3. In the meantime, measure out the required amount of barley and rinse it in several waters. 4. Pour vegetable broth into the mushrooms in a cauldron, add thyme and heat for a few minutes. 5. Add pearl barley, salt and stir. Cover the cauldron with a lid and send it to an oven preheated to 175 degrees for 1 hour. 6. Wash and chop the herbs, add them to the cauldron and stir.
