How to cook "Beef with red currant"
1 Wash the beef and cut into small pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion, as well as the carrots and garlic. 2 In a cauldron, heat the vegetable oil and lay out the beef, fry over high heat for a few minutes until a crust forms, then reduce the heat. 3 Put onions, carrots and garlic in a cauldron for meat, chop the rosemary and send it there, cook for a minute and send butter to the cauldron. 4 Immediately after adding the oil, send flour, cocoa to the cauldron and mix everything, cook for 1-2 minutes and immediately pour in red wine and currants.
