How to make Stuffed Pasta Nests
1. First of all, send spaghetti to salted boiling water, cook them over medium heat until half cooked. Beat eggs with cream into a deep bowl, beat. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. 2. Add chopped basil there for flavor or a handful of parsley, for example. 3. Chop the parmesan and ham and cut into cubes. Add to the filled bowl, setting some cheese aside for now. 4. Drain the spaghetti in a colander and pat dry. Place them in a muffin tin (grease with a little oil first), forming nests. Gently pour the fill into the center of each. 5. Add one olive each and sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top. Send the form to an oven preheated to 200 degrees. 6. Bake the stuffed pasta nests about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
