How to cook "Grechetto"

If the onion is large, then 1 piece is enough, and if it is smaller, then use 2 pieces. Peel it and cut it into small cubes. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil and butter, then add the onion and fry until it is transparent. Cut the brisket into thin strips, then add it to the pan with the onion and stir. Peel the mushrooms and chop them finely, place in the pan with the rest of the ingredients. Fry until the liquid evaporates. Wash the buckwheat and transfer it to the pan, stir. Add a ladle of broth, then stir and cook until all liquid is absorbed, then add broth again. Try buckwheat for readiness, if the cereal is almost ready, then pour in the cream (15-20% fat). Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater, immediately add 50 grams to the pan, mix, salt to taste.
