- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Shallots - 2 Bunches (separate the green from the white)
- Rice paper - 4 pieces
- Soy sauce, olive oil - 1-2 Tbsp. spoons
- Vinegar - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt, pepper - To taste
- Capsicum - 50-60 grams (optional)
- Oil - 1 Glass (for deep fat)

How to make a Spring Roll (Vegetarian Recipe)
1 First you need to peel and rinse all vegetables. Chop the cabbage, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Finely chop the onion.
