In my recipe, you will learn how to make delicious squash-based pizza. Choose the fillings to your taste. The main thing is that they do not need long baking. The most successful options: sausage, sausages, ham, mushrooms, olives, various types of cheese, herbs, bell peppers, etc. Good luck!

How to cook "Squash Pizza"
So, prepare your food. Wash the vegetables. Let's get started! Grate the zucchini on a fine grater, squeeze the juice, we will not need it. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk in two eggs and mix well. Add flour, semolina, baking powder. Stir well with a fork. Zucchini dough turns out to be moderately thick, light. Take a baking dish. The ideal option is silicone. If not, then cover any shape with paper or foil, grease it with oil. Spread the dough in a thin layer no more than 5-6 mm wide. From this amount of dough, I got two pizzas with a diameter of 24 cm. Straighten the dough. Spread sausage rings or sausages, tomato circles, cheese on top.
