This recipe is interesting in that the filling will not be entirely traditional. Instead of fried onions, which are most often paired with potatoes, I recommend adding cheese (soft and hard, like mozzarella). The filling is amazing! You can serve dumplings with fried bacon, the dish will turn out just to lick your fingers! I recommend taking note!

Ingredients:
- Egg - 1 Piece
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Milk - 1 Glass
- Water - 1 Glass
- Flour - 5 Glasses (approximately)
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Potatoes - 10 Pieces (medium size)
- Cheese - 150 Grams
- Butter - 3 Teaspoons
- Cream cheese - 120 Grams

How to cook "Delicious dumplings with potatoes"
1. In a small bowl, send the egg, sour cream and a pinch of salt. 2. Whisk until fluffy, add water and milk. 3. Pour in 1 cup of sifted flour to begin with, stir. Then add a little more, kneading the dough. 4. Knead the dough thoroughly with your hands, placing it on the work table. Then cover with a bowl and leave to "rest" for an hour. 5. Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces and place them in boiling salted water. For flavor, you can add a bay leaf. Cook over medium heat until cooked through. 6. Drain the water, add butter, cream cheese and mozzarella grated on a fine grater to a pot with potatoes (you can take any other cheese). Mash everything until smooth.
