Today I will share a recipe for how to cook pizza in soft buns. Of course, the similarity to pizza is only due to the set of ingredients: tomato sauce, sausage and an abundance of cheese. Try it!
Cooking description:
This recipe will work for you if you do not have the time, desire or energy to make the dough, but you still want to enjoy pizza. Then just take unsweetened buns and absolutely any filling. A few minutes - and your pizza is already in the oven! Pizza in soft buns looks like a pie, but to be honest, it tastes much better (of course, for me personally, an avid pizza lover)! The abundance of cheese and sausage is really delicious. Just imagine: you take out one bun, the cheese stretches in the middle, everything is so soft and tender …

How to make Pizza in Soft Buns
Prepare all the ingredients you need. I buy buns at any bakery store, usually they come sprinkled with a mixture of herbs and garlic. Cut the buns in half lengthwise and place in a mold that fits. Brush the buns with any tomato sauce. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, leaving about 1/4 part. Sprinkle the buns with half of the grated cheese. Then lay out the sausage. It is very convenient to buy a sausage that has already been cut into slices. Or just ask the store to have it cut up on a slicer. Sprinkle the second half of the cheese on top of the sausage. Cover with a bun. You can also grease the place of the cut with tomato sauce - it will be even tastier!
