Ingredients:
- Beef - 500 Grams
- Onions - 3 Pieces
- Rice - 1/2 Cup
- Walnuts - 1/2 Cup
- Tkemali - 2 Art. spoons
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp the spoon
- Greens - 1 Bunch (cilantro, parsley)
- Salt and spices - To taste (bay leaf, seasoning for "Kharcho", hot pepper, garlic)
- Vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons

How to cook "Kharcho" (traditional Georgian soup recipe) "
1 Wash the meat, put it in a saucepan with water and one peeled onion, put it on fire. After boiling, remove the foam, reduce the heat and cook the broth until the beef is tender. 2 Gently remove the cooked meat and strain the broth. Return it to the fire, add salt and add pre-washed rice. 3 After cooling the beef slightly, cut it into portions and send it back to the pan. 10 minutes after starting to cook the rice, add bay leaves and spices for "Kharcho". 4 Meanwhile, you can start refueling. In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the onion until light golden brown. 5 Add tomato paste, tkemali, salt and more spices. Stir, remove from heat and place in a saucepan. 6 Chop the nuts, garlic and herbs. Put in soup and cook for another 5 minutes.
