How to make American Pickled Eggs
Put eggs on fire, add a spoonful of vinegar and cook until cooked for 4-5 minutes. When the eggs are cooked, remove them from the heat and let them cool. In the meantime, prepare the pickling jar. It needs to be sterilized in the oven or steamed. Peel the eggs and put them in a jar. They must be cold inside too. Prepare the marinade: put a pot of water on a fire, add salt, sugar, vinegar and finely chopped chili. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix the marinade with the beetroot juice, strain and pour over the egg jar.
