I want to show you a very interesting version of the blank. A completely unconventional set of necessary ingredients, and I propose to entrust the process to technology. If you are intrigued, remember the recipe:)
Cooking description:
I will tell you step by step how to make gooseberry jam in the Polaris slow cooker. The process itself takes about 5-6 hours, although active actions are not more than half an hour. It is very important to let the berries steep in the syrup so that they are saturated with both taste and aroma. Such a preparation is perfect for tea for the whole family.

How to cook "Gooseberry jam in a multicooker" Polaris "
1 Pour water into a multicooker bowl and place the washed cherry leaves. 2 Set the temperature to 160 degrees in Multi Cook mode and the time to 5 minutes. 3 Carefully remove the leaves with a slotted spoon, we will no longer need them. 4 Add sugar, pour in vodka. Bring the syrup to a boil. 5 In the meantime, wash the berries, remove their tails and dry them. Place in boiling syrup, boil for 5 minutes, turn off the program and leave the gooseberries in the bowl for 4-5 hours. 6 Then bring to a boil again and boil for another 10 minutes (the mode is still the same, "Multi-cook"). Pour hot jam into jars. Very tasty and incredibly aromatic preparation!
