- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Flour - 120 Grams
- Powdered sugar - 120 Grams
- Butter - 25-30 grams
- Sour cream from 33% - 500 Milliliters
- Banana - 2-3 Pieces
- Starch - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Cream - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Water - 2 Art. spoons

How to make "Elephant Tear Cake"
1. Beat eggs at room temperature with sugar until they become white. Add honey and stir with a mixer. 2. Add baking powder and cocoa to the sifted flour. Add the flour mixture in portions to the egg mixture, stirring well with a spatula. Then pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and smooth with a spatula. 3. Send the dough into an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 15 minutes until golden brown. Transfer the sponge cake to sugar-dusted baking paper and cover with a towel. 4. After a while, remove the towel and parchment paper. Wrap the cake on a rolling pin and let it cool completely in this state. 5. Beat the fat sour cream with a mixer with powdered sugar. For fudge, combine sugar, cocoa, starch. Add cream, water and mix well. Place in a water bath and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved. 6. Add butter to the finished fondant. Apply cream on the cooled cake and smooth. Then place the bananas in the middle and wrap the crust.
