- Beef - 400 Grams
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Celery root - 1 Piece
- Rye bread - 300 grams
- Cream - 1 Glass
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Egg - 2 Pieces
- Salt, pepper, cumin - To taste

How to make Beer Cumin Soup
1 The first step is to boil the broth. Put the washed meat, onion, celery root in a saucepan. Put on fire and after boiling, add a little salt. Cook the beef over low heat until tender. 2 Cut the bread into small pieces and place in a deep bowl. Pour in beer and leave. 3 Strain the finished broth, put on fire. Add finely chopped carrots there. Place the beer in a saucepan. 4 Cook over medium heat for another 10 minutes. Then use a hand blender to grind everything until smooth. 5 Beat eggs with a whisk and pour into a saucepan in a thin stream, whisking constantly. 6 Add cream, cumin and pepper to taste. Heat the soup over the fire for a few minutes - and you can serve it to the table. Enjoy your meal!
