Rinse the strawberries, remove the stalks and grind into porridge, you can use a blender. Add sugar to the puree. Leave everything together for 20-30 minutes. Pour the agar-agar in a separate container with water. Leave it on for 30 minutes. Put the jam on the fire. Boil it until boiling. Add 1-2 tablespoons of the resulting mixture to agar-agar. Mix thoroughly. Add the agar agar mixture to the pan. Cook the jam for about 20 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon. Pour the finished jam into prepared clean jars under the lids.
