Ingredients:
- Red mullet - 4 Pieces
- Parsley - 1 Bunch
- Cilantro - 1 Bunch
- Lemon - 1 Piece
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Pepper - 1 Teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 50 Milliliters
- Basil - To taste
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 Piece
- Tomato - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 1 Clove

How to cook "Red mullet"
1 Rinse and clean the carcasses of the fish well. 2 Finely chop the herbs, add the juice of half a lemon, salt, pepper, chopped garlic and oil. Mix well. 3 Stuff each fish separately with this mixture and brush the outside a little. Wrap the red mullet separately in foil. 4 Place the carcasses in a baking dish and place in the oven for 30 minutes. Bake at 170 degrees. 5 Wash the vegetables, cut into rings and serve with the finished fish. Enjoy your meal!
