- Coriander Leaves - 1 Pinch (or Parsley)
- Garlic - 1-2 Cloves
- Salt and Spices - To taste (paprika, coriander, cinnamon, ginger, etc.)
- Olive Oil - 1 Teaspoon
- Sweet pepper - 1 Piece
- Couscous - 1 Glass (quick cook)
- Water - 2 Glasses

How to make Chicken Kebab with Couscous
1 Wash the fillets, dry a little and pass through a meat grinder. 2 Add chopped onions, garlic, parsley, or coriander leaves. Salt to taste and add spices: chili, paprika, coriander, ground ginger, cinnamon. Mix everything thoroughly. 3 Form 10-12 small kebabs on skewers with minced meat. Send them to the refrigerator for a while. 4 Wash bell peppers, peel, cut into small cubes and fry in a skillet (with high sides) or in a saucepan with olive oil for about 3.5 minutes. 5 Pour in water and bring to a boil. 6 Salt to taste, add couscous. After a couple of minutes, remove from heat, cover, wrap and let it brew.
