Try the very popular Turkish rice side dish. It is similar to the usual pilaf, but it has its own varieties. I am telling you about how to cook "Pilav" rice, which I make without meat.
Cooking description:
Pilav can be cooked in a multicooker or using a regular stove. Here it is not necessary to use a cauldron, as in Azerbaijani pilaf, an ordinary saucepan will do. You can make a vegetarian option with vegetables and dried fruits or meat. The dish is served hot.

Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Onion - 0.5 Pieces
- Pepper - 0.5 Pieces
- Cumin - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt - To taste
- Rice - 1 Glass
- Chicken broth - 2.5 Glasses
- Orange Peel - To taste
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Salt and black pepper - To taste
- Almonds - 0.5 Cups
- Raisins - 1/4 Cup

How to cook "Rice" Pilav "
1. Use a cauldron or a regular saucepan, put it on the fire and heat with olive oil. 2. Peel the onions and peppers, cut into small cubes and place in a saucepan, season with salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes. 3. Wash the rice and add it to the vegetables, stir and fry for 3-5 minutes. 4. Pour the chicken stock over the contents, add the orange zest (strips) and bay leaf. 5. Bring contents to a boil and cover, reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. 6. After the required time, remove the pan from the heat, leave the lid on and leave for another 5-10 minutes.
