I actively use the multicooker for making soups, broths, main courses, desserts. There is nothing easier than cooking with it. I will tell you a simple recipe on how to cook dessert in a slow cooker.

Cooking description:

I have a special baking dish in a multicooker, if you don't have one, use a bowl, only then the cake will turn out to be low and not very presentable (but no less tasty). The cake is decorated with custard or any other. It is tasty, healthy and original.

Purpose: For children / Afternoon snack / Afternoon snack / For dessert

Main ingredient: Fruits / Orange / Dried fruits / Dairy products / Flour / Butter / Eggs

Dish: Baking / Pies / Desserts / Sweet

Ingredients:

  • Dried Fruit - 0.6 Kilogram
  • Orange - 2 Pieces (zest and juice)
  • Cinnamon - 1 Teaspoon
  • Ground cloves - 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Nutmeg - 1 Teaspoon
  • Butter - 250 Grams
  • Brown Sugar - 1 Glass
  • Eggs - 4 Pieces
  • Wheat flour - 1 Glass
  • Almond flour - 1 Glass
  • Soda - 1 Teaspoon
  • Oats - 1 Glass

Servings: 8

How to cook "Dessert in a slow cooker"

1. Put any dried fruits (raisins, dried apricots, prunes, figs and others) into a bowl. Add to them the juice and zest of two oranges, as well as all the spices and mix. Leave everything for 12-24 hours. 2. Put the soft butter in a mixer bowl, add brown sugar to it, then beat in chicken eggs one at a time, stirring thoroughly after each. 3. Combine oatmeal, wheat and almond flour, and baking soda in a separate bowl. Add dried fruits to dry ingredients. 4. Combine the egg and butter mixture with dry ingredients. Transfer the mixture to a multicooker baking dish. 5. Place the mold in the bowl, fill the remaining space ¾ of the bowl with water. 6. Close the lid of the multicooker and set the Bake mode and time to 4 hours. After the end of the process, open the lid and remove the form, leave the cake to cool completely, and then remove from it.
