Prepare all the ingredients you need. Cut carrots and onions into cubes. Try to chop the carrots as small as possible so that they cook faster and do not stand out too much in the finished dish. Cut the beef into small pieces. In principle, you can cut in absolutely different ways: very small, very large or medium pieces, the taste of the dish will not change, only the cooking time will change. I cut the beef into medium pieces. Fry the pieces of beef over medium heat until light golden brown.
