- Sesame - 2 Tbsp. spoons
How to cook "Provencal bread" Fugas "
1. First, dissolve dry yeast in warm water, add honey, salt and stir until they are completely dissolved. Add vegetable oil. 2. Combine the sifted flour with the yeast. Knead the dough until smooth, elastic. Add vegetable oil to a bowl, roll the dough in it and cover with plastic wrap. 3. Leave the dough at room temperature for an hour to expand. Knead the dough again and roll into a triangle-shaped cake. Use a rolling pin to transfer the dough to baking paper. 4. Make cuts characteristic of this bread and stretch them slightly. Cover the land mine with a towel and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes. Lubricate the land mine with vegetable oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and Provencal herbs. 5. Send to an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 15-17 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
